Visa Information
To attend the conference, all international participants must complete Political Clearance formalities through the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India.
The organizers will obtain this clearance after collecting the required information from all visitors. Please submit your details as early as possible.
1Apply for Government Clearance
Submit the requested information via the form shared by the organizers. The organizers need this information to get Political Clearance from MEA, which is mandatory before applying for an e-Visa.
2Apply for an e-Visa
e-Visa Portal: https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/evisa/tvoa.html
Choose "e-Conference Visa" and upload the following:
- Passport copy (page with personal particulars)
- Invitation Letter (provided by organizers)
- Political Clearance from MEA (provided by organizers)
- Event Clearance from MHA (only required if you are a national of Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iraq, or Sudan, are of Pakistani origin, or are stateless — otherwise you can upload the MEA Political Clearance again in place of this document)

Form C — On Arrival
Hotels in India must submit Form C to the Foreigners Regional Registration Office (FRRO) for every foreign guest. Your hotel will handle this automatically at check-in — just have your passport and visa ready at the front desk.

Family & Guests
Family members or guests traveling with you will each need their own e-Visa application. If they are not attending the conference themselves, an e-Tourist Visa is the appropriate category for them.
