Use the Abstract Template (word format). Don't change the font sizes and follow the instructions as provided.

Access the Abstract Submission & Travel Grant Application form.

Upload your Materials
Upload proof of registration, your abstract, and choose between poster or oral presentation.

Apply for a Travel Grant (optional)
ICESR 2027 offers Travel Grants (TG) for students, sponsored by TBA- apply on the same form.

If Applying for a Travel Grant
Selecting "yes" to the travel grant question requires uploading a single combined PDF with:
Full Curriculum Vitae (CV)
Statement of Purpose
Letter from your PI

Review
Upon submission, your application will be considered forthe Travel Grant.

Good to Know
Travel Grant applications do not depend on your presentation type (Oral/Poster).
